I own a restoration shop we have several locations in the United States I have been ordering their products for years however my recent order is absolutely unacceptable it was Sew crooked it doesn't match. And I've got other problems with it my customer is extremely unhappy for the money that I was charged for the seat upholstery kits

Poor design, assembly and communication. And this company will not accept any criticism... they will literally hang up and ignore your calls. This is for a 1992 Camaro Z28. First photo is the door card. The horizontal vinyl strip has the most crocked stitching I've ever seen in an upholstery product. It's horrible. The second photo shows the seat cover compared to my original. Notice the stripe patterned material on my (in the background) have the stripes angled towards the center... converging to the center. Theirs are pointing in the same direction. I reached out to the company by phone, since I live less than 5 miles from their business, and I offered to come by and show the OEM interior pattern on my car and also show the issues with their products. The lady was very short and literally told me "no we do not do that" and then hung up. I called back and they never answered my phone call again. This business is NOT interested in making quality products nor are they interested in customer concerns.

I ordered door panels for a 1988 ford mustang. The inner window felt molding was as long as the door. The perforations were off by 2-2.5” of where they needed to be. I would think for almost 500.00 and 6 weeks of waiting these things would have been right and fit like they should. I’m very very very disappointed with the product. I now have to find a set of door panels that are worth using.

This company I have called to make a very wide range of multiple types of headliners for 5yrs now. I have not had any issues with the quality of work that is produced here. Every single one of them has fit like a glove and the windlace has been of great quality along with plenty to spare! The sales staff and shop foreman(talked to him many times, very insightful and helpful, I am bad with names) A big thank you to him and the lady that takes the orders. I will continue to do business with this company until I retire! A big thank you to all at Acme Headlining Co. for a great product and fast and friendly service!

I really hope more people leave good reviews with this company. Lately companies have started selling poor products and purposely do not have any contact information, this company is the complete opposite. I had a problem with the headliner i ordered from acme, a simple email to them explaining my issue resulted in them sending me a replacement at no cost. i wish more companies operated the way this company did. i wouldn't hesitate to buy from acme, if you run into a problem with something, they will take care of you.
